Highneck Fashion Studio (“Highneck”, “we”, “us”) operates this website (the “Site”) and provides products subject to the following terms. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Highneck and you. In compliance with Indian law, we clearly disclose policies on ordering, payment, shipping, and returns. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for reference.

Orders and Cancellation

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and Highneck’s acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch (for example, if the item is out of stock or pricing has changed). Once your payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation, the order is accepted.

• Cancellation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final after order placement. (We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout, as changes or cancellations will not be permitted after confirmation.)

Payment Methods

Highneck accepts all major payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major cards.

• UPI and Net Banking: Payments via UPI (e.g. Google Pay, PhonePe) and online bank transfers.

• Digital Wallets: Popular e-wallets (such as Paytm, PhonePe, etc.).
  All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. (If you encounter any payment issues, please contact us immediately at our support email.)

Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all locations in India. Highneck provides free shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery times vary by location; typically, orders are processed and shipped within a few business days.

• International Shipping: We also ship internationally. Highneck covers the shipping cost for all international orders (i.e. we offer free worldwide shipping). Please note that any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details by email. Highneck is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or import customs.

Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. To qualify, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (with all labels and tags intact). This means the product must be exactly as you received it, with no signs of wear. If the item is not in its original condition, it will not be accepted for return.

• How to Return: Email us at highneckstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. (As a guide, other retailers advise customers to report damaged items promptly, and we similarly ask for notification within this timeframe.) Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return shipment (free of charge).

• Refund/Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. For valid returns, we will issue a refund or exchange (at our discretion) to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. All refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.

Loyalty Program

• Program Type: Highneck offers a subscription-based Loyalty Program with exclusive member discounts. Membership is paid (a recurring fee is required), as recommended by industry guidance.

• Benefits: Members enjoy special discounts on selected products and priority access to new collections and sales. These benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for the member’s personal use.

• Terms: Membership eligibility is at our discretion, and we may require members to provide accurate information to enroll. Highneck reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time (for example, changing fees, benefits, or rules) with prior notice. Membership remains active and benefits apply only as long as the subscription fee is paid.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the exclusive property of Highneck Fashion Studio and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission. Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names on the Site are owned by Highneck or used under license; you agree not to use any of them without authorization.
