Highneck Fashion Studio is committed to your satisfaction. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. The following policy applies to all purchases (online or in-store) in Vadodara. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your return is handled quickly and smoothly.
Defective/Damaged Items Only: We only accept returns for items that are genuinely damaged or defective. Returns for other reasons (e.g. change of mind) cannot be accepted.
Report Within 3 Days: You must notify us of any damage within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If we do not receive notice of damage within this timeframe, the return will be rejected.
Condition of Item: The returned item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must include all original packaging and tags. Any worn, altered, or laundered item will not be accepted.
Email Highneck: Send an email to highneckstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide Photo Evidence: Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item to your email. Visual proof helps us verify the issue quickly.
Receive Authorization: We will review your request and reply (usually within 1–2 business days) with return instructions. Do not ship the item back until you receive our approval and a return shipping label.
Highneck Covers Return Shipping: For approved returns of damaged items, Highneck will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement instructions as part of your return authorization.
Secure Packaging: Please pack the item carefully in its original box or a similarly sturdy box to prevent further damage in transit. Include any original packing slip or invoice if available.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to confirm the damage. All items must still be unused and have their tags attached at this point.
Notification: We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected. You will be informed of the outcome (approved or rejected) of your return request. If the item does not meet our policy criteria, we may decline the return and ship the item back to you.
Refund to Original Method: If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Replacement Option: As an alternative to a refund, you may request a replacement of equal value (subject to availability). We will process the replacement once we approve the return.
Timing: Refunds or replacements are processed promptly after inspection. Typically, credits appear within a few days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated or your new item is shipped.
